We are seeking very commercial and service focused General Managers to drive this global brand forward in the Middle East area.
Clubs will have over 4000 members with the lastest range of equipment. Managers need to be direct and structured who will be passionate about sales & service delivery.
Ideally you will have a background that involves extensive man-management, financial accountability, service delivery and above all a keen commercial edge. You must be a passionate hands on manager with a proven track record in delivery of business objectives.
You should be comfortable in working in what is undoubtedly a high-pressured environment, in light of this a background working in a highly competitive industry would be preferred. You should have a very analytical and structured approach to your management style and service and operational standards need to be impeccable.
A natural ability to motivate and direct a large team of over 50 people is key.
